Your reservations happen inside SevenRooms and OpenTable, so your ad accounts never see them. VenueSignal connects that booking data back to Meta, Google and TikTok, so every dirham you spend becomes measurable.
The moment a guest reserves a table, the trail goes cold. The booking completes inside your reservation platform, on a separate system from your website and your ad accounts. So Meta and Google optimise on clicks and page views, not on covers. You end up scaling campaigns you cannot measure, and cutting campaigns that may have been working.
Not every reservation system can do everything. We start with what works for your venue, and we tell you exactly what is possible before you pay.
We configure GA4, Google Tag Manager and your Meta and Google conversion events so reservations are captured and attributed in the browser. This works for every venue, including those on SevenRooms, and captures the large majority of your bookings.
For venues whose booking platform sends reservation data back through a webhook or API, we build a server-side pipeline that reports conversions directly to Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions and TikTok. It is more durable against browser privacy changes and recovers bookings the browser cannot see.
You pay once for the build. The tracking is set up inside your own accounts, and from then on it is yours.
We will review your current setup, estimate how much booking data you are losing, and show you exactly what is trackable for your platform. No charge, no obligation.
